Loaded with soft sizzles and airy fluff, and scented like sweet marshmallows with a hint of strawberry. The cracked wax shell doesn’t stay in the slime — you can enjoy cracking it without mixing it in. That’s what I did, and I chose not to add the clay either, since I already liked the texture and consistency of the base on its own. Texture: 4/5 — This texture is like playing in a vat of marshmallow fluff. It’s fluffy, fun, and a little squishy — just like a real marshmallow. I liked the texture so much on its own that I decided not to add the clay inside the marshmallow egg because I didn’t want it to get any thicker. Scent: 5/5 — The scent is a light strawberry with just a touch of marshmallow. It’s really nice and leaves a fresh aroma in the air while you’re playing with it. Sound/ASMR: 4/5 — Great pops and loaded with soft sizzles. Really satisfying to listen to. Aesthetic: 5/5 — Visually it’s a really pretty light pink, and the wax cracking egg adds such a fun experience to the presentation. Creativity: 5/5 — So fun! I really enjoyed cracking the wax egg open — it’s such a unique interactive element. The DIY aspect with the surprise clay and sprinkles shows a lot of intentionality and attention to detail. Quality: 5/5 — Everything feels well made — the marshmallow base is perfectly fluffy, the wax egg is sturdy enough to crack satisfyingly, and the extras are a nice touch. You can tell care went into this one. OVERALL: 5/5 This was really fun, and I’m happy I hopped on the wax cracking trend. It was incredibly satisfying and the marshmallow base is dreamy on its own.
