The pigment in the topper needed to be down off by itself before I covered it up in the most gorgeous mix of sequins, fimos and tiny rhinestones. The end result is like a chaotic in the best way flower field. 🏵️ This is a glossy, bubbly, poppy, fairly holdable base that did not let a single bubble bead or block bead escape. About half packed and crunchy. Not tacky. 🏵️ This is a warm, lightly floral scent with an extra something, probably the citronella orange which thankfully isn't too strong to my nose on the citronella part at all. Medium strength.
