Spooky little fact to set the mood: real beach sand has a habit of coughing up long-buried secrets, and coastal storms have uncovered everything from centuries-old skeletons to whole shipwrecks along the shore, so digging a tiny skeleton out of your own sand is very on theme. Buried in the Sand is a very doughy texture, thick but so smooth, and it is made with an ultra fine sand that is super super gentle on the hands. I love the bubble sequin topper, and honestly BFF makes the best ones. Once it is all mixed in this is such a beauty, a beautiful light colored sand with sparkling neons shimmering through it like a gorgeous beach getting hit by the sun. It smells absolutely delish. I have no idea what a sandcastle cookie actually is, but I want a whole pack of them, because it is a delicious sugar cookie scent through and through. My favorite part was uncovering what buried treasures were hiding in my sand. Of course I dug in right away, and I found a tiny skeleton and two little bones, so creative and such a perfect spooky-summer surprise. I love the way this one stretches and folds too, just gorgeous.
