Review Notes: -- the usual winter regrets of no sun because this caviar bead topper was STUNNING. The sequins and tiny rhinestones included to decorate with, the iridescent caviar beads themselves. So freaking pretty. The charm was really pretty as well! -- this is a moderately packed wg perlite with extra crunch from the topper! It was a bit UA at the start, so I reluctantly added activator and was delighted with zero fallout. Sizzles, crunches, pops. Such a great texture. -- this is a very, very sweet scent. There is a floral freshness running underneath that keeps it from being cloying. Medium strength.
