Review Notes: -- this is such a gorgeous shade of blue with the beautiful beads and sequins as decoration against snow white. I guess I was making a flower lol -- this mixes into a snowy, frothy jelly! It was a touch UA at the start so if it looks lumpy in the beginning, that's the activator. Nice pops, no residue, good bubbles. -- love this scent! It's super refreshing and not overly sweet or minty. Very well balanced. Light side of medium strength.
