Pistachio Creme Cake

Love the mint green base. I tried for a swirl and then made a hollow in the middle to put the add ins into so it wouldn't hide my swirl, but this was a poor design choice in hindsight LOL -- fantastic hand shaved crispy snowfizz. The base is fairly packed, but not ultra dense. Adding the 2 oz butter topper makes the entire thing creamy, poofy, stretchy, poppy and delightful feeling. No fallout. -- i do get a hint of that perfumey note I associate with pistachios, scent oil or real, but also some sweetness and creaminess. Medium strength.
