This is an icee x silica texture scented Winter Candy Apple. Playing with this slime was genuinely fun. I live in the South, so we don’t really get snow, but the sound from the boot charms is exactly how I imagine walking across fresh snow would feel. It delivers satisfying sizzles and crackles from the icee base and silica shards, and once inflated, you can even get some sharp, snappy bubble pops. When I first filmed it, there was no fallout at all. I pulled it back out to refresh my memory for this review and noticed there’s more fallout now, but considering it was released in December, that feels like a pretty solid retention rate. As for the scent, I don’t really get apple. Instead, it smells fresh and clean, almost soapy. It’s very pleasant, just not quite what I was expecting from a Winter Candy Apple scent.
