I let the avalanche sit for about a week before opening it back up, and it turned out gorgeous, that deep brown and white contrast is everything. This smells exactly like my daily dirty soda minus the coconut, and it is the best soda scented slime I own for sure. The silica is such a nice touch, it reminds me exactly of crushed ice, and the glittery ice cube and straw perfectly finish the aesthetic. Great pops, cronches, and ASMR. Dirty soda lore for the uninitiated: the trend was born in Utah soda shops around 2010, where soda culture runs deep since many locals skip coffee and alcohol, and “dirty” just means doctoring your soda with cream, syrups, or fruit. TikTok took it national, and now here I am, addicted, with a slime to match. A super fun, light hearted one for my dirty soda loving heart.
