Rodem has this innate ability to make so many variations of a texture that are all so good and somehow different even when they are similar. It is fascinating to me. Beach Day is super fluffy and super silky with some really interesting resistance at the start. It feels almost like a burrata mozzarella ball, gentle but full. Dense yet soft like a pillow, so hard to explain. It likes slow gentle pulls and stretches, and it will rip if you go too fast or too aggressive. Fun fact on the burrata comparison: burrata was invented in Puglia as a thrifty way to use up leftover mozzarella scraps, tucked inside a pouch of fresh curd so nothing went to waste. I spend all summer eating all the burrata I can with fresh tomatoes and peaces! The scent is a lovely ocean breeze and cashmere, super relaxing and peaceful, exactly like the beach. I love this texture so much and I am so happy I scooped this one based on the description.
